Driver's License
Driver must be above 21 and below 60 years
of age and in possession of a valid Singapore Driving
License or an International or National License from
his / her country. The driving licence must have been
held for at least one year.
ii.
Insurance
Rates include comprehensive insurance
coverage against unlimited liability for the death or
bodily injury to third parties; and damages to the property
of third parties up to S$5 million.
iii.
Damages to the Rental Vehicle
The hirer is responsible for the insurance
excess amount as stated for every accident involving
damages to the rented vehicle, shown in item iv.
However, the hirer may opt to partially waive this liability
by payment of an additional Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW) fee.
*The insurance cover
or CDW does not protect missing items or accessories
from the rented vehicle, collision and non-collision
vehicle damages without particulars of third parties.
iv.
Collision Damage Wavier (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an additional
financial protection for the hiring when involved in
the damage of the rental vehicle. Below state the charges
and coverage.

v.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
We can also arrange, at your request,
personal accident insurance at S$5 per day subject to
a maximum of S$60 per month for the coverage of up to
S$60,000 for the hirer/driver and S$40,000 collectively
for the other passengers, up to a maximum of 4 passengers.
PAI also includes accident medical reimbursement of
$1000 for the hirer and S$2000 collectively for all
the other passengers.
vi.
Rental Rates
All rates are quoted in Singapore Currency
and they are inclusive of vehicle insurance, maintenance,
but exclude petrol and GST (Goods & Services Tax). All
vehicles are for use in Singapore Only and cannot
be driven into Malaysia. Self-drive daily rates
cover rental for 24 hours. The rates are every additional
hour is 1/5 of the daily rates. All rates are subject
to change without prior notice.
vii.
Terms of Payment
All charges (Rental, CDW, PAI) are payable
prior to taking delivery of vehicle. Major credit cards
(VISA and Master Card) will be accepted.
viii.
Extension of Rental Period
Hirer are allowed to extend their rental
period. He / She is advised to inform us of the extension
immediately and to settle the additional payment in
advance so that the insurance coverage can be extended.
Failure to do so will mean that you are driving a vehicle
without insurance coverage.
ix.
Collection / Delivery Service (Office Hour
Only)
Vehicle collection and delivery charge
will be $15 per trip. No delivery charge will be levied
for continuous rental of 5 days and above.
x.
Parking / Traffic Fines & Fees
The hirer shall be liable for all parking
/ traffic fines and fees he / she incurs. The hirer
is advised to clear off the fines and fees before /
on the day of return of the vehicle.
xi.
Petrol
Every ORIX car comes with a full tank
of petrol and should be refilled to the brim upon return,
at the hirer's expense. All our cars run on premium
grade petrol.
xii.
Others
All other terms and conditions of hire
are specified in the Hiring Agreement.
