- Less than 60 years old; above 21 years of age
- Income above S$1200 per month
- Maximum Credit Limit: 2 x monthly income
- Purchased House/Flat or Legal occupier (no rented
premises)
- Current employment (must above 6 months) or
self-employed (above 2 years)

of No. 1 & 2, the application will be
rejected immediately. However, guarantor is required for
those who does not meet any point from No. 3 to 6.
